CMAT

School Mathematics Championship

The School Mathematics Championship (CMAT) is a national tournament where teams and schools compete by taking tests that assess knowledge and skills in mathematics. Its goal is to identify talent early and promote a love for math through problem-solving.

For secondary education, there are three competitions: individual competition by level, team competition by level, and a general competition for schools.

The competition consists of two phases: a qualifying round and a final round. The modalities vary by level:

For grades 7 to 12, there are two competitions: individual competition and team competition by level.

For grades 4, 5, and 6, we have a team competition.

With the support of the administration, teachers, and families, our school is committed to fostering an interest in mathematics by encouraging student participation. Each year, the school participates in the competition, and this year, students from grade 4 were included in CMAT to enhance their mathematical skills at an early age.
